The last big star that will be part of the cast of one of the next series that Apple is working on is Ray Liotta, an actor known to those of us who are combing gray hair or are about to do it. As stated from Deadline, Ray Liotta will be part of the cast of the 6-episode miniseries In With The Devil.
This mini series is based on the novel In With The Devil: A Fallen Hero, a novel written by James Keene and Hillel Kevin that tells the story of a serial killer and a dangerous deal in search of redemption. In addition to Ray Liotta, it will also feature actors Taron Egerton and Paul Walter.
The series is written from the goal of an intimate relationship between Keene and a serial killer. Keen was convicted of drug offenses and the FBI offered him the chance to be released if he could get the serial killer to confess to two murders he couldn't be proven guilty.
As you can see, the name of the protagonist and the author of the book is the same. This is because the book is based on a true story by the author. The series script is written by Dennis Lehane and Michael R. Roskam. Executive produced by Bradley Thomas, Dan Friedkin and Ryan Friedkin (Imperative Entertainment) and Richard Plepler (EDEN Productions).
Liotta will premiere in September of this same, the film The Many Saints of Newark, Focusing on Tony Soprano youth, a prequel to The Sopranos series.
Liotta's last participation in a television series is found in the series Shadows of crime, a 2016 series that ran for 3 seasons and whose lead actress was Jennifer Lopez.
