Readdle Documents is updated by adding a VPN service

VPN Documents Readdle

One of the most popular applications in the App Store to manage our files, Documents from the developer Readdle, has just been updated reaching version 7.4 and adding a VPN service service that we can use through our device not only to access our documents.

For those who do not know Documents, this application allows us to access both the files that we have stored locally on our device, as well as cloud storage services, web servers as well as integrating a web browser that allows us to download content to our device.

VPN services, like the one in the latest Documents update, create a private network that protect our navigation and prevents our service provider from knowing and recording our activity on the internet.

In addition, it also allows us to visit or use web services by making use of a different location than ours, that is, connect from other countries, skipping the geographical limitation that we find of some services or web pages.

The VPN service that Readdle offers us through the Documents application, allows us to browse for free with 50 MB per day, a VPN service that works throughout the system not only through the application browser. Readdle states that our browsing data is not stored so it is not sold to third parties for advertising purposes.

If we want use this new Readdle VPN service without limitations, this is priced at 98,99 euros per year. We also have the option of contracting this service on a monthly basis for 13,49 euros per month.

Both options have a 7-day trial period. If you try any of these services, you must bear in mind that after 7 days, the amount of the selected option will be charged to your account, so it is advisable to write it down on the calendar to cancel the subscription directly to avoid scares and unnecessary expenses.
