RemovedSound is a new tweak with which you will add the sound your Mac makes when you delete the trash on your iPhone. You can configure it to sound every time you delete an application and also every time you delete a Note or an Email. Perhaps it does not come by default because more things are eliminated on the iPhone than a computer, and listening to it many times can become a bit annoying.
