Open Cydia and add the repo http://repo.ithemes.it, inside it you will find the theme "IOS '86", install it, if you don't have Winterboard installed it will install too; Open Winterboard, select the theme and Respring.
It does not come with a white wallpaper, it is recommended that you save this directly from your iPhone.

Well, the theme is very simple and it lacks icons such as calculator and gamecenter, which leaves them as standard. Something does not uninstall well because it has left me in a loop of resprings, if someone knows a solution to remove it, please tell me.
I answer myself:
To get it out of the infinite respring I have connected it to the computer with itunes open, I have put it in DFU mode and then I have removed it this way.
With this, I was no longer infinitely restricted although the dock appeared to me as badly loaded.
I have installed winterboard again, I have selected the transparent dock, respring, I deactivate the transparent dock again, another respring and ale fixed.

If you do it from your iphone, click on the link and a page will open, keep your finger on the screen for a few seconds and a menu will appear as you want to save or copy the image, click on save and you will have it on the reel.
