Scanner Pro, a fantastic app that you can get for free this week

There is a select group of apps that have been in the top for a long time and no matter how much competition appears they never fall, and among them is without a doubt Scanner Pro by Readdle, since for several years it has been the benchmark in terms of document scanning apps with the iPhone.

Possibly best feature of this application is that it allows you to do everything very easily, and when it comes to productivity that is precisely what we are looking for above all else. It has a powerful algorithm that is responsible for automatically detecting the edges without having to delimit the document by hand, something that in a scan or two does not matter to us, but if it is a large amount it will be great.

Documents are saved by default in PDF for greater convenience, being able to later be exported to various cloud services such as Google Drive, Evernote or Dropbox. It also supports transferring to any server with WebDAV support, so in principle there should be no problem moving our files.

Another very interesting feature of this application is that it has iCloud sync, so at the same moment that we do a scan on our iPhone we can see that same document on the iPad, and of course the other way around it also works identically. This can be very interesting in business areas, where by the way Apple devices are increasingly gaining strength and market share compared to competitors such as BlackBerry.

There is not much else we can do with this application, but we must not forget that its function is to scan documents and that makes it truly marvelous.
