Apple has made the announcement of the renewal of this series through Michelle Lee, director of programming of Apple TV +, in which it affirms that can't wait for the audience "Experience the Next Chapter in Sheila's Journey to Personal Leadership."

The Physical series shows us the story of Sheila Rubin, played by Rosy Byrne, a mistress of each that after her husband loses his job, create an empire in the fitness industry helped by the popularity of videotapes. The series is set in the 80s in San Diego.
In addition to Rosy Byrne, the series also includes Rory Scovel, Dierdre Friel, Della Saba, Lou Taylor Pucci, Paul Sparks, Ashley Liao and Geoffrey Arend.
