Changes to shared documents are synced through iCloud and take 15-30 seconds to appear on other devices. Currently, anyone with the link can open and edit a shared document on GoodNotes. We recommend sharing documents only with people you trust.
There have been many versions of GoodNotes up to this point. From this same update shared documents are already real. In this way, you can send a link that allows access to a GoodNotes document in order to jointly edit or view a document while it is being updated by all who have access to it.
When a user makes changes within a shared document, a blue signal will appear to everyone who has the document in their library. This way everyone will know where and when the change was made to that shared document. In addition, each user can access all the documents that have been shared with him thanks to the section dedicated to it.
To use this function, just click on the Share icon from inside a file and activate the function To collaborate. Once inside, we will activate the function Link Sharing. We will obtain a URL that we can send to anyone who has GoodNotes 5 installed in the latest version. To revoke access, we will have to carry out the reverse process.
