Snapseed is updated for iOS adding a new tool: curves

Snapseed

In the App Store we can find a large number of applications that allow us to edit our photographs to adjust the result to what we would have liked, but that due to the rush or the shooting conditions, we have not been able to obtain. One of those used is Snapseed, an application that Google takes great care of and constantly updates. The guys from Mountain View just released a new update to this app with a new function called curves in addition to various improvements to try to convince those users who prefer to use other photo editing apps.

The main novelty that Snapseed update number 2.15 brings us is related to a new function called curves. If you regularly edit photos with other desktop applications or from the iPhone or iPad, surely you know this function that allows us to adjust the brightness, color and tone of the photographs. But in addition, it offers us various presets that analyze the image to offer us the result that best suits the result we are looking for.

Snapseed has also improved the algorithm to detect the face, in this way it is much easier for the application as well as simple, detecting only the face eliminating the background. If we like to personalize our captures with texts, this update has added the option to add line breaks in multi-line text styles, an option highly anticipated by users but that Google had not decided to implement.

To finish the last novelty we find it when converting an image into black and white, especially if the shot was taken in low light, the grain of the same stands out above all, but with this update, the grain is blurred, taking away the main image.
