It is probably one of the most interesting novelties of iOS 11, the ARKit or rather, Apple's augmented reality. An augmented reality that, although it has been with us for some time, not from Apple, has not had a significant development. And we already know that Apple is that company that in the end ends up making something fashionableThey take time to develop it, but they end up developing it at a time when technology is at its best.
And we are in full beta of iOS 11, this week we expect a new beta version much more stable, and we do not stop seeing tests around this ARKit, the tool for augmented reality developers. We have seen the Falcon 9 rocket from the SpaceX project landing in a pool, and now we see something much more interesting: to be able to use the ARKit's augmented reality to navigate with the Maps app ... After the jump we show you this demo so you can get an idea of everything to come.

As you can see in the previous video, the possibilities are endless, the power be in the location of a city and point with our iPhone to see the points of interest (POI) that we have in front of us. Ok, it's been a long time since there have been applications that did similar things, all those come to mind astronomy apps with which to discover constellations, but this promises to be much more precise and to be seamlessly integrated with the camera of our devices.

And not only the possibility of seeing Points of Interest on our map, but also the possibility of GPS navigation by viewing through the screen of our device all the indications we have to follow. I know that the new update of the Sygic app has a similar function and we have to try it, but as you can see in the previous video, the new ARKit from Apple and iOS 11 promises a lot ...
