Some users are having trouble searching Apple Music

Apple Music

During the afternoon today, there are some users who are experiencing problems searching for music on Apple Music. The problem usually appears when searching for new music in the Music application on the iPhone, iPod Touch, or iPad. Apple does not pick up any fault on its service website, so what is happening is unknown. In any case, Apple also usually publishes that there is a failure when it has been present for a while, so they could update the page at any time to indicate that there is some kind of problem in Apple Music.

I have tried doing searches on my iPhone and on my iPad and have not noticed any problem with the searches. Curiously, I did have a blank screen in the For you section for a few seconds, with a text in English indicating that there was a problem. Changing the tab and choosing the same one again, the problem has gone away for me. But that I have not been able to verify it does not mean that it does not exist, since in MacRumors and in many apple-themed blogs they have already echoed this.

Everything seems to indicate that the fault is in the apple servers, so sooner or later the situation will return to normal, in the same way that it happened last week with the Safari problem, both iOS and OS X. Restarting the iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad does not solve the failure, as neither does it close the app from multitasking and reopen it.

This failure occurs shortly after subscribing users were unable to use Apple Music for several hours and only a few days after iTunes Radio was shut down for good. Without a doubt, not being able to find the desired music, I do not think that it is the best way to start using the service for all those who have subscribed after the closure of iTunes Radio. That Apple put the batteries, things as they are.

Is the problem affecting you?

I am from Argentina and unfortunately it has affected me. I had to search for music from the Mac. Luckily it is over. It was in the afternoon.

Hello. This is true of all streaming music services. You don't download a file forever. You download it to listen to it while you continue paying. If not, for € 9,99 per month you could download 1.000 € 10 discs, which makes a total of € 10.000 in a month and you would keep them forever.

    A greeting.
