After several days in which some users and developers have been testing the beta version for the Apple Watch, Spotify is officially launched to become compatible with the Apple Watch. In this case, the simplicity of use on the watch is maximum and we can highlight the speed of the app thanks also to the optimization of watchOS and that I am personally using it on an Apple Watch Series 4.
In principle, this new version does not add any more relevant changes, we are simply facing the official launch of the app for Apple Watch users. On November 2, it was put in the hands of developers and users who were enrolled in the beta program and now it is officially available.
Our lists at the fingertips
This is something that many users can choose not to neglect this streaming music service, and it is that Apple Music does have the option to control all our music, lists and others from the beginning. Now we simply have to enter the application of Spotify from Apple Watch and choose if we want to play the music on the iPhone or directly on headphones. The interface is simple to use and very intuitive. All those who use this streaming music service and have a watch will have it easy to adapt.
For our Apple Watch to have the official application, we simply have to have the new version 8.4.79 installed on our iPhone and then it will automatically appear on the Apple Watch. We can finally enjoy our Spotify account on Apple Watch and in a native way, simple and with everything.
The truth is that it is the first version: it works only as a remote control of the application and little else; not adapted to Series 4.
As I have read in a note from Spotify, they are aware of all the development that remains to the application and promise improvements such as the "offline" mode. At least it's a start.

The offline mode for spotify has already been developed by another company whose name I don't remember. But apple either hoodwinked it or the company mysteriously stalled. Maybe Spotify bought it or maybe Apple still does not allow it ... until that functionality is not there, many of us will continue not to see the AirPods useful
