Disney has just announced that the latest film in the series Star Wars: The Force Awakens is coming to iTunes and other video platforms on April 1, a few days before its release on Blu-ray and DVD scheduled for the 5th of the same month. This latest film, which has grossed more than $ 2.000 billion worldwide, is episode number 7 in the series.
The action takes place 30 years after Return of the Jedi, where new characters appear like Rey and the old stormtrooper Fiin who will fight against Kylo Ren. Harrison Ford, Mark Hamill, and Carrie Fisher reappear in their roles as Luke Skywalker, Han Solo, and Princess Leia.
The film will be available at HD quality for 19,99 euros and in SD quality for five euros less. Although neither Apple nor Disney have confirmed the bonus material that will be available with the film, it is likely that users who purchase it will also have access to interviews of the protagonists, details about the making of the film, the construction of the BB-8, deleted scenes and much more, but until it is officially available, we will not be able to confirm all this data.

Especially when Apple movies are only for Apple devices.
I have said that they are for devices in the morning, when I think they can also be seen on PC with iTunes, but you cannot take it out of there to see it on another site that does not have iTunes installed or you are not 'logged in' with your account; for example, watch it on any tv with a usb without needing an Apple TV or anything like that.
