Apple has released a New Apple Store app update, the application with which we can not only buy, but also contact customer service, search for the characteristics of Apple products and accessories, check the status of our order, sign up for sessions at the Apple Store...
With this new update, the application allows us save the articles we like in lists, lists that we can share with a Specialist in the store to answer any questions we have about the product we want to buy.
What's new in version 5.14
This is not the only novelty that version 5.14 of the Apple Store application offers us. Other new functions can be found in the audio description of the videos. Through this new function, we can get the product data with an audio track.
To save items to the list, we have to click on the icon represented by a ribbon located to the right of the select button. If you want to access the list where all the articles that we have saved are shown, we must access the For you tab and click on Saved articles.
From this section we can create different lists, each with a name differences, an option that allows us to create lists for the people we want to buy that product from, in the event that there are more than one.
To help customers make it easier to get an idea of what the product is like, through each one's file, we can see it in Augmented Reality, an interesting option if we do not have an Apple Store nearby to see and touch the product, although obviously, it is not the same.
