Tomorrow, September 14 The new iPhone 13 range, the Apple Watch Series 7 and probably the third generation of AirPods will be presented. Although the Series 7 has not yet been unveiled, analyst Ming-Chi Kuo has sent a report to investors stating that the Series 8 will incorporate new security-related features.
Kuo claims that the Apple Watch Series 8 will include a new feature that will allow to measure the temperature of the users. If we take a look at the patents that Apple has filed in recent years, we see how since 2019 the company has filed various patents related to this functionality.
Currently there are different devices that allow knowing the temperature in contact with the skin, while others allow it to be done without contact.
Various are the rumors that have surrounded the launch of the Series 7, a device that if we do cases of the latest rumors, the only novelty that it will incorporate will be the design of the device, going to show flat edges, but without incorporating any functionality intended for health.
Kuo also states that The AirPods will also include new functionalities aimed at healthHowever, these functions won't arrive for two years at the earliest, so don't expect that if Apple introduces a new generation of AirPods tomorrow it will incorporate health-related features.
It is also likely that Apple will launch a new tool to manage all the data it captures through the Apple Watch, although for now the Health app has proven to be more than enough and complete for these purposes.
