The best applications to check our Instagram on the iPad

Instagram

A few months ago, Instagram launched a web version where users can see the photos of their followers, comment on them and like them, but not upload photos. Having a desktop version, Why not decide to launch a version adapted to our iPad? We do not know the answer but I do hope that throughout 2016 Facebook, the current owner of the social network, realizes that many users who have an account on Instagram also have an iPad, as happened with Facebook a few years ago. After the jump I leave you those that for me and many of you could be the best applications to consult our account of this photographic social network.

Flow for Instagram

Flow is one of the best applications to view the content of this social network. In a minimalist way, its vertically and horizontally compatible design shows us the images of our followers in the form of a scroll (when we enter a specific user). The images and videos load very quickly and the notifications are as practical as the native app compatible only with the iPhone: new followers, comments and 'likes'. As a good third-party application that it is, Flow has two additional functionalities that have nothing to do with the official Instagram API: a button to give favorites to the photos and a menu to see which users have the most followers and which are the most used hashtags. Nor can we forget its other social functions to share photos: Twitter, Facebook ...

Retro for Instagram

Retro is one of the most comfortable and useful applications with which to consult our Instagram account. With its multiple display modes and the two themes (night and day) available, Retro tops the list of 'The best apps to check Instagram on the iPad'. One of the things I like the most about this application is that it has a very useful tool for some people: subscribe to a hashtag, that is, when images are published with a specific hashtag (#), the app will notify us. If we buy the PRO version of Retro It is acquired the ability to refresh in the background, to be able to download images, the widget available, the different gestures and personalized actions that we can customize to our liking and many other things that we can consult by downloading it from the App Store.

Padgram, the best bet

If I have to opt for an application, I'll stick with Padgram, one of the most beautiful and functional applications. We can explore the different Padgram categories (art, architecture, food, animals ...), check the most popular photos and of course, follow any hashtag like Retro did. Uploading photos is not the strong point of any app because we can only upload them with the official one, but we can comment, like and tag people. In addition, it has a Emoji keyboard of more than 500 symbols with which to set up the party in the comments section. Its design also attracts attention, but if we want to enjoy more functions We will have to buy the Premium version from within the application.
