Best Feedly Compatible RSS Readers for iPhone

Feedly

After the closure of Google Reader, Feedly has been proclaimed as the great alternative to the service previously offered by Google. Feedly has not only made it possible to incorporate your subscriptions from Google Reader in a simple way, but it also offers a synchronization service and offers its API to other application developers so that they can use it so that you can use the application that you like the most and continue using the feeds RSS as a source of information. We show you several applications that are already compatible with this new service.

Reeder

Reeder

The update that makes Reeder compatible with the Feedly service has only been available in the App Store for only a few hours. Great news for those of us who use this system since it is the best RSS reader for iPhone (and hopefully soon also for iPad), at least in my opinion. Simplicity, a multitude of options to synchronize your feeds, integrated with Twitter, Facebook, Readability, Evernote, Instapaper, Pocket ... Gestures to access different views, offline viewing and a long etcetera is what Reeder offers for iPhone. In addition, at the moment it is free, so take advantage of it because it will not last long.

Feedly

Feedly

My second choice. The application that Feedly itself offers us is a excellent RSS reader, with different display options, from a more «Flipboard» style to others more «Reeder», with the possibility of marking as read by means of gestures, and integration with Instapaper, Pocket, Twitter ... An excellent option that is also free.

Newsify

Newsify

Another great free alternative to use as a reader. Although visually less careful than the previous ones, it has interesting options such as the possibility of viewing articles "offline" (as long as you have downloaded them before), and different display modes, including a landscape mode, possibility of marking all articles as viewed and integration with Instapaper, Facebook, Twitter, Pocket, Readability, Pinboard ... Its aesthetics is what makes it in third place.

Byline (Universal)

Byline

Free application but includes advertising, which you can delete from the application itself with integrated purchases (€ 3,59). It does not convince me, but it has its audience. At least it has the advantage that by paying once, advertising is removed on all devices (iPad, iPhone and iPod touch). It is the one with the fewest options available (Instapaper, Pocket, Twitter and Facebook only), you can mark all articles as read at once, or one by one using gestures, and it has offline viewing of articles. the one that you have to pay more than 3 euros to eliminate advertising is what descends it to this last place.

Which one do you use? Do you know of any other Feedly compatible that is not included in this compilation? Tell us your opinion if you use any of these apps.

I would say that I have tried all the RSS readers available (yes, I have left a paste: D) and my two options are, without hesitation for a moment, Byline for iPhone and Mr. Reader for iPad.

It may be a trifle for many people, but I was convinced by Byline that I could mark each item on the list as read (or unread) simply by scrolling over it. This very small detail, when you handle dozens and dozens of fonts, is a huge time saver.

For this reason, although I also like Reeder, for all those who make intensive use of RSS I recommend Byline.
