The new iPhone will have improvements in the camera and without "Plus" in the name

We are just a few days away from Apple announcing the presentation event for the new iPhones, and that means Mark Gurman will begin little by little to launch his small (and well measured) doses of leaks on what Apple will show us, and has started with the new iPhone.

According to the Bloomberg reporter, Apple will launch three new iPhones, with three different sizes: 5.8, 6.1 and 6.5 inches, with substantial differences between them, and being the cheapest the intermediate size. Details below.

The 5,8-inch iPhone will be identical to the current model, externally at least, with internal improvements, as is often the case with "s" models. We do not know what Apple will call it, but we are going to baptize it as iPhone Xs from now on, a name that according to Bloomberg could be feasible. The improvements of this model would come from the hand of the camera and the processor, with greater power than the current generation, without giving more details about it.

The 6.1-inch iPhone would be the "cheap iPhone", with a design very similar to the other models but with an aluminum chassis and LCD screen, in order to lower costs. The camera would be the same as the current iPhone 8, without the double lens, and it could be available in various colors, but with the invariable aluminum chassis, in order to facilitate and lower the cost of the manufacturing process.

And finally, the 6,5-inch iPhone would be like the smallest model but with the same size as a current Plus. The internal specifications would be the same as the 5,8-inch, although we assume that with a larger battery, and may be dual SIM in some regions. Its price would be the same as that of the iPhone X at its launch, deducing that the 5,8-inch model will be cheaper than the previous generation. The logical thing would be that the company called it iPhone Xs Plus, but according to Gurman they have considered abandoning that label that they released four years ago with the iPhone 6 Plus.

Bloomberg does not give more information about these models, but we will be attentive to new deliveries that are sure to be in the coming days.
