The Sygic GPS navigator launches the update that allows its use with Apple CarPlay

One of the most popular uses for my iPhone is GPS navigation. A GPS navigation that made us change the way we drive (and moving around the world) quite a long time ago, and what devices such as the iPhone revolutionized, no more than carrying another great device in the car to give it this use. Then companies like Apple did the rest, allowing us to connect our iPhone to our car screens using the CarPlay system.

Un C that thanks to iOS 12 was updated with one of the most demanded novelties: the use of third-party browsers... Now they are the boys of Sygic those who join Google Maps and Waze carrying their famous browser for mobile devices to our Apple CarPlay system. After the jump we give you all the details of this new release.

It must be said that the boys of Sygic have been characterized by their long history in GPS applications, they were the first to launch a third-party browser for mobile devices, for example. With this new Support for CarPlay, Sygic will connect to our car screen allowing us the use of the famous Sygic application and its complete GPS navigation.

This new version of Sygic compatible with Apple CarPlay can be downloaded for free, yes, after a few trial days we will have to go through the box to get the CarPlay connectivity. A price that can throw us back especially when there is other applications that we can use for free on our devices. What Sygic offers us in this regard is the experience they have in GPS navigation, but obviously all factors must be taken into account to decide on one or the other. The truth is we can take advantage of using the trial period and already decide if Sygic is our GPS application or not.

The copy and paste is very bad. The application has not been updated with support for apple car.

You can see in the AppStore that the last update is two weeks ago.

Have you tried the Sygic app that I put at the end of the post? (https://itunes.apple.com/es/app/navegador-per-coche/id820326185?mt=8&ign-mpt=uo%3D4)
It seems that now this is going to be the one to use, with the usual account but this new app (this has been done in Sygic before).
I leave you a copy-paste of the update log:
      We have great news!
      Apple CarPlay connectivity is here!
      Drive carefully.

By the way, the image that heads the post is also a copy-paste of the image they have in the App Store 😉

Well no, it is not up to date for CarPlay. At least in Spain. It does not appear in the iPhone settings for CarPlay.

You have to use another app, you have it at the end of the post 😉

What is bad is to criticize without even reading the article or clicking on the links that we include in it.

Tried, but I prefer Google's Waze, the same is not the best, but it is the one that has the most users and they tell you the routes and traffic jams, etc.
The good thing is that there are more and more browsers with CarPlay support
