Apple has launched a few hours ago the first Beta of iOS 13.4, and it does so by bringing interesting news, some unexpected and some with functions that we saw in the first Betas of iOS 13 this summer but that disappeared without explanation. Share Folders
It was a function that Many of us applauded when Apple announced it to us just before summer, at the presentation of iOS 13 during WWDC of the month of June 2019. In the first Betas we were able to test it and suddenly it disappeared, without explanation. Something long-awaited was getting out of hand, but although we have had to wait until 2020 to see it again, the option to share entire iCloud folders with other people is finally available.
We can select any folder that we have in iCloud and share it with whoever we want, giving them permission to edit the content or with only reading options. We can share through a link, so that anyone who has it can have access, or directly to people, to ensure that not just anyone can access our content.
Mail bar improvements
The bottom bar of the Mail app was nonsense, with the trash button next to the reply button, which caused many users mistakenly delete the mail instead of replying to the. iOS 13.4 fixes this bug with a new bottom bar in which the paperwork is well away from the reply button.
New Memoji
Apple has prepared nine new Memoji that we can share in our messaging applications. Angry, with your laptop, partying, surprised, resigned ... Memoji have become very popular elements among iPhone users, since they can be shared through Messages, Telegram or WhatsApp to message you with any of your contacts.
Universal shopping
In this first Beta we have been able to see the first signs of what Apple is preparing to unify purchases on all its platforms. Universal apps are getting closer and so are universal shopping. Apple's idea is that we can pay only once and have access to the application that we have purchased on any platform: iOS, iPadOS, watchOS, tvOS and macOS.
This has happened between iOS for iPhone and iPad (now iPadOS) for years now, when Apple released tvOS and watchOS it was done this way too, but Mac apps were still in another category, and Apple wants this to end. Obviously this will always be in the hands of the developer You will have to decide whether to offer this option, but surely many opt for this new universal pack.
