If you still do not have it in your WhatsApp there is nothing you can do, just wait. As on previous occasions, the application launches slowly but without pause, and more and more of us have this function enabled, and it is expected that in the next few days everyone will be able to use it.
The handling is very simple and similar to how it is done in other applications such as Telegram. To the right of the drawer where you write the text, a new icon appears, a sticker, which when you press it will give you access to the Stickers and GIFs. The first time you use the Stickers, no installed package will appear, but you can do it from the application itself by clicking on the «+» sign in the upper right corner, as you can see in the video.
