Today Apple has published the second Beta of its new iOS 7, and among the many new features, the most important is the possibility of installing it on our iPads. Although we will analyze the different news in more detail, surely many of you want to see how this new iOS looks on your tablets, so we are going to offer you a good "binge" of images for you to see. how Apple has adapted this new iOS 7 to the screen of iPads.
The lock screen is the one we already know from the iPhone, but with a parallax effect that is much more noticeable on the larger screen of the iPad. Finally, the notification center takes up the entire screen, instead of the ridiculous curtains that we had in iOS 5 and 6. We will find the same information as on the iPhone, including the weather forecast even though there is no such application on the iPad. The Control Center includes the same controls as on the iPhone except for the flashlight (there is no flash on the iPad), but arranged differently.
On the Springboard highlights the new Clock app icon, which, as with the iPhone, shows the real time with a moving second hand. An application that does not exist on the iPhone appears on the iPad: Photo Booth. We continue with the same problem with the folders created in the Springboard. Although they finally allow you to create different pages within folders, 9 icons per page seem ridiculous on the iPhone 5, and much more on the iPad. I can't quite understand why Apple doesn't allow more icons per page, I hope they improve it from here to the final version. The Settings menu has the same appearance as in iOS 6 but with the design of iOS 7. We can configure Siri in male or female voices, but only in certain languages, and Spanish is not among them.
The App Store works much better on iOS 7 than in previous versions. The loading speed is much higher, and accessing purchased applications is no longer a tedious task with continuous crashes. This App Store is redesigned but also improved, and it shows from the first moment you access it. The "Wish List" section is present on all screens, although we are still unable to add free applications.
Maps works great too, fluid and with all the improvements that have been made since it appeared in iOS 6. There are no major changes except the redesign of the application.
The Photos app incorporates the new way to organize images that we could already see on the iPhone. It is true that this new system can be a bit confusing at first, but it takes little time to get used to. I find this new way of seeing my photos organized by moments quite useful.
The Music application undergoes a profound redesign. New control buttons, new display of music albums. Still has some errors with albums stored in iTunes Match, but its operation is more or less correct.
On the lock screen, when we are playing an album, in addition to the controls we can enjoy album art. We will also have the playback controls in the Control Center.
The curious Photo Booth app allows you to take original photographs using the front camera of your iPad. Choose the effect that you like the most and see the results.
Mail is redesigned with the same functionalities that we already saw in iOS 7 Beta 1 for iPhone. The possibility of adding quick access folders to default mailboxes is very useful. At the moment I still can't configure my GMail Exchange accounts, but I don't know to what extent that is a failure of iOS 7 or GMail itself.
The new calendar that we already saw on the iPhone comes to the iPad. Perhaps it is one of the native applications whose design I have least liked on the iPad. Too much white space, small font, and few options for differentiating calendars. My search for the perfect iPad calendar continues because this application does not fill me at the moment.
The GameCenter is like the iPhone but bigger. Some small bug that makes my nickname not fit on a single line. And the Videos application that at the moment I can't get it to play my shared library, although it does find the videos with their covers and information.
This is a very general and quick look at the new iOS 7 for iPad. We will analyze the main news, so stay tuned so you don't miss anything.

Ask for a question, can I install this beta on an iPad without being a developer?
As I have seen on the internet, you can always update, not restoring.
Sent from my iPhone
Greetings, could you please indicate the steps to install this BETA 2 on the iPad without being a developer? I have an iPhone 5 in which I did not want to "experience" any BETA, worse now that it came out for iPad if I would like to give it a try on my iPad 2. Thank you very much in advance to anyone who can collaborate.

I have simply updated it by looking for the IPSW corresponding to my iPad model online. You give it in iTunes to update by pressing the 'Shift' button if you use windows and choose the file.
From there it is doing it to you.
It is essential that you update it and do not restore, because if not, having iOs7 will tell you that you are not a developer and you will have to restore the latest version of iOs6 and update to iOs 7

Hi: it makes me want to install it on my iPad haha
If I download it, it is the beta for the iPad Wifi + GSM, right?
Thank you

I have installed iOs7 on my iPad 3. It starts working fine, but there comes a time when I feel like I have to restart it because it crashes. But when you turn it on again, the apple comes out and after a while it turns off again. If it is connected to the electrical network, it does so indefinitely. I have already restored again to iOs 6 and put it back and the same thing happened to me.
Someone else happens?
In a highly recommended website I was registered as a developer; everything perfect with the iPhone but with the iPad the screen remains blank and the black logo; it doesn't say anything about not being a developer but it doesn't let me configure it either. Total, that I have returned to iOS6. Where they have tried to help me but we can't solve it ... any ideas? Thanks a lot
Update and do not restore to see. Or maybe the problem is the ipsw file that you downloaded.
I do that, update ... I have downloaded it from 3 different sites; Where do you download them from? I imagine that directly from Apple right? Thanks
Right.
The same thing happens to me, you could fix it, iPad 2
Yes, I had to go back to iOS 6.1.3, restore from scratch (with factory settings) and re-update to iOS7 beta and it worked perfectly 😉
And the backup worked for me, there it crashes when restoring the copy
The copy of iOS 7 cannot be restored in iOS 6. I don't know if you mean that.
The copy of ios 6.1.3 in ios 7 is stuck in the maznada goes to black and white
Don't use the backup; after updating to iOS7 I set it up as a new iPad. It's a can but it was the only way ...
On my iPad I don't get AirDrop, does anyone know why? On my iPhone it does. Greetings
What model? Only compatible with 4 and Mini
Ah, that's the problem, mine is 3, thanks for clearing the doubt.
My ipad 2 I just updated to ios 7 but it does not go beyond the white screen and the black logo and so it stays and suddenly it returns to the black screen with the white logo, I don't know what to do, it doesn't let me restore it. Help D:
Go back to iOS 6, activate your device, and update to Beta again
The same happens to me. Solutions?
Restore back to iOS 6 and then update back to iOS 7
I have updated it to my ipad mini and when I turn it off and try to turn it on again, the apple logo appears but it does not go from there. I have reinstalled ios 7 on my device and it is not solved, what do I do?
