Thanks to a series of documents leaked by BlogDoiPhone in Brazil, we know more specific details about this curious connector that Apple has kept in the strictest secrecy, and you know, the more you hide it, the more we want to know.
The images show how this special strap, also patented, has a Lightning connector capable of charging the device without having to use the connector that it usually comes with. The strap connects to the Apple Watch's six-pin diagnostic port (leaked before launch). Also through these Lightning the Apple Watch connects to an iPad Mini that will display information about it.
When an application is opened on Apple Watch we can see information about it on the iPad Mini as a demonstration, and now we know that it is thanks to this peculiar strap that the iPad Mini and the Apple Watch show such delicate synchronization. In any case, it is not one hundred percent sure that the Apple Watch is connected directly to the iPad Mini as some information ventures more to say that the port is simply to maintain the charge of the Apple Watch that would thus support the continuous use of curious customers., and therefore this cable will be directed to batteries that would be charged every day and would give life to the iPad Mini and the Apple Watch, so the theory that they are simply connected by Bluetooth would return.
