After introducing the new tvOS 13, Apple has presented the new watchOS 6 for our Apple Watch with news in applications, health, sport and interface.
The first novelty is the new watchfaces for the Apple Watch. We have the new "Gradient", a new "Digital", one with large numbers, a "California Dial" and finally a solar watchface.

The sports and health section has deserved a special mention. The Apple Watch continues to become a better companion to our health and our activity. As of watchOS 6, We will be able to see our activity trends and it will tell us if we are doing better or worse.
Now the Apple Watch also cares about our hearing health, warning us of environments that may be harmful. If the microphone detects more than 90 dB, it will send us a noisy environment notification.
For women's health, they have presented "Cycle Tracking", to keep track of menstrual cycles, with notices of the next menstruation, periods of fertility, etc. All this also available for the iPhone with iOS 13. Of course, all medical data is stored and encrypted on the iPhone and in iCloud.
