Here is a solution to an old problem. How to view slides, transparencies or X-rays without a light box? Well, with the Light Pad HD application we already have a solution to the problem. This application allows us to view slides, negatives, transparencies without the need for a light box.
I've always liked photography and I have to admit that I have a light box, with its respective magnifying lens. A few months ago I had to organize a bunch of negatives and slides for a celebration and had to get hold of my old light box. The process is tedious, tiring and time consuming.
However with Light Pad HD this process is very easy and fast. We can configure the application to set the size of the movie, or create a custom size. In 35mm mode, there is room for six slides, and each panel can be turned on or off when you're not using it to prevent glare from interfering with our vision. Four slides can fit on an iPad Mini instead of the six that we can see on the 9,7-inch iPad.
For set window size we have to pinch on the screen with two fingers to adjust the size. As simple as that. The application also has a brightness control so that ambient light does not interfere with our vision if it is very bright.
The iPad Light app is a smart idea where it exists, and it's another way to use our iPad. To the professionals, who have been in this for many years, It will be useful to help them classify the negatives that they have stored in every corner. I have several friends who are professional photographers and they have already commented to me that they find it an excellent application to help them.
