The first applications for tvOS begin to appear

La XNUMXth generation Apple TV will begin to reach the first users in the next few hours, if they have not already started to arrive. Although we already knew what would be some of the first applications that would be available for tvOS, they had not yet appeared in your App Store. But last night in Spain, Apple gave the starting gun and made the first applications begin to appear in the App Store of the Apple TV 4.

The moment coincided with when the first customers began to receive the shipping notification of our new toy for those of us who made the purchase in the Apple Store online and most likely now they begin to appear more and more until we have a decent number, at least, of applications that we can use in our living room .

Initially, you could use search to find apps, but they couldn't be installed because there was no App Store in the developer version of tvOS, but shortly thereafter, Apple also released the final version of tvOS 1.0, so as soon as we take the fourth-generation Apple TV out of the box we should be able to install the new version and then start installing applications.

To install the public and final version of tvOS 1.0, it will be necessary to restore the device with iTunes, as long as the version for non-developer clients (remember that a developer kit was released ahead of time) does not include this new version out of the box. , something that, on the other hand, would seem the most logical thing to me. It would not seem the most appropriate thing to sell a device whose main feature is an App Store and that we do not have it available right out of the box.
