We continue with the news that Cydia brings us, new features to vitaminize our iDevices and get new functions with which to squeeze all its possibilities. And the fact is that the Jailbreak has made many (unofficial) developers venture to develop those applications, or tweaks, that we miss on our devices.
Yesterday we already talked about a new tweak with which to change the way of unlocking our iPads, But What would happen if we added the unlock pattern for Androids devices to our iDevices?. Well the answer is the new tweak that we bring you today, AndroidLock XT being updated for the new iOS 7 Jailbreak.
As you can see in the image above, AndroidLock XT will replace our d codeUnlocked by the famous circle pattern of Android devices. Something that you can probably see comfortable and curious on an Apple device.
A tweak that we already knew from the previous versions of the Jailbreak but that it didn't work on the new iOS 7, until now.
The tweak will appear in Settings, that's where we can activate it and change the unlock pattern for the one you want. You can also change the themes, although I would stick with the AndroidLock HQ for being the most aesthetic, and why not, more similar to Android.
You can vary its elements through the menu 'Change appearance' for other polygons in addition to the circles, and you can also change the text of the LockScreen for the one you like the most.
The 'Change Behavior' configuration menu is one of the most interesting since you can change the way the tweak works.
You can for example Leave Num Lock on in case iPad starts up in Safe Mode and AndroidLock XT stops working. And something quite interesting is the determine a Wifi key or a Bluetooth device so that when we are connected to these we automatically bypass the blockade.
Update to iOS 7 but no compatibility with new A7 devices (iPad Air and iPad Mini with Retina display). You can download it in Cydia via ModMyi repo for $ 1,99.
