VideoBite, Adobe's free application to join multiple videos

Adobe Videobite

Surely it has happened to you on some occasion that you need join several videos in the same sequence, something that iOS does not allow to do as standard and that inevitably forces you to have to use third-party applications.

Adobe has released the VideoBite application which allows us to do just that: record, edit and share our recordings directly from the iPhone.

After starting the application for the first time, we must grant VideoBite permissions so that it can access all the recordings that we have stored in the memory of our iPhone or iPod Touch. Once this step is passed, the application will automatically show us all the videos although if we prefer, we can capture new moments directly from the application.

Once we have all the videos we need are visible, we will have to select them to be able to merge them later. The next step allows us to order the marked videos, being able to place them in the desired position.

Finally, it only remains to create the final video and decide if we want to save it in the device memory or if we prefer to share it with everyone through the social network Facebook.

As you can see, in a matter of seconds we can create a video with our selection although it does not end here. VideoBite offers some extra functionality which further enhances its role.

In the video selection screen, we can start the playback of any of them by pressing the play button. Once inside, the application allows fast forward and rewind with just a swipe gesture to the left or right, a perfect option to find a specific moment within a long video.

Another feature that we liked is that we do not have to limit ourselves to adding a complete video but rather we can make a certain selection. To do this, the upper timeline allows us to point out the specific fragment that we like, once obtained, we press the favorites button at the bottom (indicated by the icon of a heart) and that's it.

Perhaps it would have been good to add some kind of filter or more complete options to edit videos But as a free application that it is, Adobe VideoBite perfectly fulfills its mission in a fast and efficient way. Hopefully in future updates, the application will be charging a little more with more extra features.
