How to view and edit website passwords stored in Safari

Many are the users, who practically since its launch, have chosen to make use of the fantastic 1Password application, an application that allows us to store any password, credit card, logins, software licenses, bank accounts ... But little by little the iCloud Keychain service has become an application that covers most of the needs of any user that you need to always have your passwords at hand, without having to use the same one for all services.

The iCloud keychain not only synchronizes all the passwords that we use regularly on our Mac or iOS device, but it also synchronizes the Wifi connections, ideal for when we visit a place where the password is not provided rather, they ask us for the device to write it and allow us access to the internet.

Every time we connect to a web page, the iCloud keychain is responsible for reminding us that the data is stored, so that we do not have to write to ourselves to access it. But it is likely that on some occasion we are forced to share our data with a person or family memberIn these cases, we must know how we can access all the passwords and usernames of the websites that we want to share.

Accessing this data is very simple, since we only have to go to Settings. Within Settings we must look for Safari. In the options that Safari offers us, we go to the General section, where we find Passwords. In order to access the information it stores, iOS will ask us for the code of our device or that we use the Touch ID to confirm that we are the rightful owners.

Doing so will show all the websites we have previously accessed, along with username and password, username that we can modify without any problem. What it does not allow us to do is share that information directly, which will force us to take a screenshot if that is our intention.
