The creator of this tweak has managed to inIncrease the listening volume by amplifying the audio that goes directly to the speaker, something that differentiates it from other similar utilities that simply limit themselves to modifying configuration files.
Once Volume Amplifier has been installed on the iPhone 5, we will not have to configure absolutely anything. Nor will new icons or a section be added within the Settings application. The only signal that will reveal the presence of Volume Amplifier is a line of text that appears when we press the volume buttons while making a call and in which we will see the level of amplification of the sound.

Without having tried the tweak, I would not always use it at 200%. That a loudspeaker distorts is an unequivocal sign that it is being forced and something that is forced is known what happens.
I don't think there are problems with using it within a logical range that allows the other person to hear better without the need for the one next to us to find out about the conversation.
Do not fool around with these tweaks ... this clearly damages the iphone speaker in the long run ... then don't get caught off guard.
That is what has happened to me and I have used it very, very little. So if you don't want the speaker loaded, don't install it.
The hardest
