In this case, the versions released correspond directly to the versions prior to the public beta, but we are surprised that in this case we also do not have some minor correction in macOS, something that could arrive tomorrow. In any case we have a new beta 4 for watchOS 3.2.3 with identification number 14V5751a and the tvOS revision 11.
If you are a developer remember that you have to first install the iOS 11 beta 2 version and then you can install this beta version on the Apple Watch. The versions of the smart watch do not allow downloading, so be careful when installing these updates that do not allow to go back in case of failure and could cause a problem to more than one.
