watchOS 3 in depth: re-launching Apple Watch

Apple pos presented on June 13 the new versions of all its platforms, and one of the most anticipated was, without a doubt, watchOS 3. Apple's watch is one year old, and after that time Apple seems to have listened to the complaints of users, so the update that will arrive this September focuses on improving the performance of the watch, accelerating the execution of the applications to the maximum, and also adding new options for the configuration of the spheres. Instant opening of applications

Apple has managed to improve one of the main complaints of Apple Watch users, and one of its most important limitations. With watchOS 3, the opening of applications is, according to Apple, up to 7 times faster than with watchOS 2, and although we have not timed it to know if it is completely true, the reality is that applications open very quickly. At best it's instantaneous, and at worst, just a couple of seconds to open the application if it was not stored in memory. In addition, Apple has implemented a new Dock to access the applications we use the most, which we can customize and which offers us a quick way to use those apps that we like the most.

New watchfaaces and customization options

watchOS 3 also offers us new spheres or watchfaces, including Minnie, the female version of Mickey, who now even tells us the time out loud. Among the new spheres we find many that focus on monitoring our physical activity and show us the activity circles in a more attractive way. New complications complete a good arsenal of watchfaces that we hope can be increased in the future with other options offered by developers. Also with iOS 10 we can configure the spheres from our iPhone, thanks to the new gallery that appears in the Apple Watch application.
