    Exactly that happened to me yesterday, the apple remains after the update. Solution: force restart the watch. The problem is that I have also had problems linking it back to the iPhone. But once achieved, when checking from the iPhone the version of WatchOs gives me 5.1. If the "corrected" version is uploaded again, I will update again. Apparently the clock is fine, I have not seen any malfunction. I have to check if the battery lasts longer with the new version. All the best.
