Why is there Facebook Messenger? Zuckerberg responds

Facebook-Messenger

When it was launched Facebook Messenger, and shortly after users were forced to install the app by removing the chat from the official Facebook application as a social network, there were many users who were pissed off. Although now most of that anger has passed, either because we have no choice but to adapt, or because we have actually chosen to use the web application, or we simply did not need that chat to have one more application in our iPhone. But right now Zuckerberg wanted to explain why Facebook Messenger.

El Facebook CEO has stated in an interview that the reason for having created two separate applications with the same brand, one for the social network and another for messaging responds to the needs of users and the company itself. According to him, all the talent that exists within Facebook, would be wasted if you wanted to opt for an all-in-one that is not just one thing, nor the other.

For Zuckerberg, it is necessary that those users who want to chat, do so "completely in peace", and it has been shown that on Facebook Messenger the conversation flows much faster than it did in the official app with integrated chat. In addition to this, although Facebook was born as a social network, the CEO of the company admits that among the few things that are usually done more often than accessing social networks are those related to messaging. And that's another reason why Facebook Messenger exist as such.

To all this, we must add that for the company it is much simpler be able to make messaging-related changes that work and improve the user experience in their own app, rather than in applications with other primary functions integrated. Are you convinced by their explanations?

Since you removed it in the official app, the chat did not reinstall facebook ever !!
I enter from chrome and pass your nonsense ..
you cannot force us to install 2 applications by the face !!! what better said hahahahaha

I have stopped using Facebook for this nonsense as he says.
and I had to install it only and exclusively at the request of my wife who uses Facebook on the iPad.

but that I have refused until I have had no choice.

more data, more applications occupying memory, nothing! this is silly as a house.

Thanks to the Jailbreak I have the option not to install the messenger, I did not like the idea that the app is mandatory ...

It seems perfect to me, since the apps were separated, I can write with friends and family, all without having to put up with the bubbles that they had put for the chats, and the truth is that the conversation between several chats is much more fluid at the time… I don't understand why they complain about something that works well and "relaxes" the total facebook experience; this way it can really be used as a chat app and not having to open the fb that generates much more data traffic.
In short I applauded when they did it and it seems more than perfect
As an addition, I tell you that I have the Fan pass of my business and the chat app in that sense makes things easier for me.
    Regards!

For me it is silly and a desire to give the application more publicity .. (negative) but basically publicity, since I did the jailbreak .. Perfect! All in one, clearer, more fluid, in short as it should be. Greetings😉

I do not like to give more permissions than necessary to a simple messaging app, do you want to control everything I do?
