Yahoo Messenger wants to get back to your iPhone, and it's no joke

Yahoo-Messenger

There may have been a time when Yahoo Messenger enjoyed a certain popularity - oh, those crazy years ... - but the truth is that oblivion and the appearance of far superior applications left this service in utter disuse. A situation in which it continued until today, day in which they seem to want to give it life again.

In a scenario where applications to communicate quickly with our friends in the most complete way possible are the order of the day and occupy high positions in the rankings of the most used apps, it is normal for a service like Yahoo to also want to be present. But the truth is that the situation does not appear to them anything promising, since the main services are already too established and they have their users too entrenched to "steal" them without giving them a good reason.

Yahoo Messenger wants to convince you to use it by taking the best of the different current platforms, in order to offer you solid reasons why - at least - give them a chance. Some of these features are the "undo" option, which will allow you to delete inopportune images or comments from the conversation already sent, the possibility of expressing yourself through GIFs (something that can become addictive, as we have already bought with Messenger by Facebook and Telegram) or an option to “like” individual messages of the chat. All this under a careful aspect and that will allow us, for example, to enjoy the images sent -which can be sent in original quality and downloaded into it- in carousel mode directly.

The general forecast for this app is reserved due to the fierce competition, but if you want to give it a try, we would love to hear about your experience in the comments.

It looks so good. A great success to be able to delete comments and photos. We will try it, but in the end, we all know that people use the guide (watsapp) and no matter how much you tell them to try another message platform, they will tell you that they already have the guide, which is the one that everyone uses.
