Once you have decided how and where you are going to create your HTML signature, it is time to install it in Mail.
How to put an HTML signature on iPhone and iPad
- Copy the content of your fully created signature
- Go to Settings and open the Mail section to enter the options
- At the bottom you can see the section "Signatures", enter it
- Inside, remove whatever is there and long press to paste the signature content
- You will see that it has stuck but it has lost the colors, icons and sometimes even the images, do not worry. Now what you should do is shake your iPhone until the "Undo" message appears
- Click on "Undo" to remove the automatic format of the iPhone
