The guys at iFixit have had the opportunity to analyze the 10,2-inch iPad and have seen how this seventh generation of 10,2 inches is managed by the A10 Fusion processor, the same as the iPad 2018, but also it has a total of 3 GB of RAM, for the 2 GB of its predecessor.
From 10,2 to 9,7 inches, the change is hardly noticeable, so changing the iPad if you have the 2018 model was not done at any time, since Apple had not bothered to update the processor. The 128 GB model goes up 100 euros, and we can find it for 479 euros. This model is available in Space Gray, Silver and Gold. It is also available in the LTE version, a version that starts at 519 euros for the 32 GB version.
