MWC 2017: Huawei P10 and LG G6 anticipate the rest

The MWC 2017 has kicked off and has done so with nothing more and nothing less than with two flagships such as the LG G6 and the Huawei P10, two of the smartphones that will give the most talk in the coming weeks and that count with some really interesting designs and specifications. The Korean manufacturer has joined the fashion "minimal frames" with its new smartphone, while the Chinese manufacturer maintains a more conventional design but with specifications that remove the hiccups with its 20Mpx double rear camera and up to 6GB of RAM.

A huge 5,7-inch LCD screen occupies almost the entire front of the LG G6 and has a resolution of 2880 × 1440, an aspect ratio of 18: 9 that allows the screen to be divided into two perfect squares, something that uses the smartphone in an original way to take pictures and which is emphasized a lot during the presentation video. With this design, the fingerprint sensor is on the back, although there will be a virtual start button on the screen.

It has 4GB of RAM, a 3300mAh battery, double rear camera of 13Mpx and front of 5Mpx, Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 processor and IP68 certification. What we do not know is the date it will be available and the price of the terminal.

Huawei opts for a more continuous design but endowing its flagship smartphone with truly impressive specifications. In this case we are facing two smartphones, P10 and P10 Plus, with 5,1 ″ (1920 × 1080) and 5,5 ″ (1440p) screens, and both have a double 20Mpx rear camera and 12Mpx front camera. Precisely the camera has been where Huawei seems to have bet the most, with the Bokeh effect and 3D facial recognition among other features.

With large capacity batteries, 3.200 and 3.750 mAh, Huawei P10 and Huawei P10 Plus have Huawei SuperCharge technology, and the models start with 4GB of RAM, although a Plus model is available with 128GB of storage and 6GB of RAM. Huawei has also bet on the color of the terminal and we have multiple models available: the Hyper Diamond cut finish will be available in Dazzling Blue and Dazzling Gold. Greenery, Rose Gold, Mystic Silver, Graphite Black and Prestige Gold will be available in a sandblast finish, and Ceramic White will be available in a high gloss finish.

Huawei has made the price and availability official, and we will be able to acquire these terminals from March in Spain, Chile, Mexico, Colombia and many other countries on all continents, with a price that will range from € 649 for the P10 model with 64GB and 4GB of RAM to € 799 for the P10 Plus model with 128GB and 6GB of RAM, going through the € 699 that the P10 Plus with 64GB and 4GB of RAM will cost.
