You are judging an OS that you don't even understand how it works, I say this especially because of the comments of the Spotlight lag on iPhone 6 +. You have not stopped to think that once the OS is installed it has to index the files for later search? Nor do you specify if the update has been done through OTA or iTunes. And you don't say anything about the multitasking improvements, you only complain about the back button between each application. I have it installed on an iPhone 6 + and I have not noticed any strange lag.

I've been testing each and every one of the betas that Apple has released for iOS 9 since June, so I know what I'm talking about.

Regarding what you say about indexing files, I could understand that it did it the first time you install the system or use Spotlight, but it always happens. After some time has passed since the last time you used it, it happens again, without the need for you to have turned off the device or rebooted. A processor like the 8-bit A64 should be able to do those tasks without getting messy. It is something that Apple must solve and that it will surely solve in future updates.

And I have personally repeated on the blog ad nauseam that I always restore, I have recommended that everyone restore from scratch, and I have said so many times in the podcast, perhaps not in this one but in the previous ones.

The most recommended when you jump from iOS number 7 to 8 from 8 to 9 and following it is better to restore from scratch. But there is also no written rule that says so and if you are not a JailBreak user (where if you can drag a problem) there is no problem in updating directly.
