Apple released iOS 13.1 beta a few days ago, without officially having iOS 13. Obviously, this new version 13.1 will be officially launched weeks after the 13th. So the news that are included in this second update, we will not see them in initial iOS 13.
While Apple has added them in 13.1 iOS beta, the functions related to the automation of shortcuts and arrival time in Maps will not be released to the public at the moment. Fortunately, this does not include the well-known features such as dark mode, direct downloads from safari, etc.

Shortcut automation
One of the most talked about features in the geek community is shortcut automation. Siri Parameters was a feature announced at WWDC and it is finally saved for iOS 13.1. This is a function with which you can add context to Siri requests in third-party applications. This feature will allow developers create simple option-based queries directly in Siri.
New dynamic backgrounds
Usually, new wallpapers from each major update are included at the start of each version. This time. Apple is adding a bunch of new dynamic wallpapers with dark background and very colorful lights and bubbles in version 13.1, skipping initial 13.
Share arrival time in Maps
A very useful feature that will also keep you waiting. If you start a route in Maps, you will see the estimated time of arrival at your destination (ETA). Well, as of iOS 13.1, you can send this data directly to a contact in Messages.
These are the five features that have already been implemented in the iOS 13.1 beta version, and since they are still in the testing phase, they will not be added in the initial version of iOS 13 that we will be able to download officially in a few days.
