Another concept of how some expect the iPhone 6 to be

  iphone6-concept

Whenever a new one comes out or services for the next one iPhone, we like to keep you informed, although this is probably not too close to the final design. In this case, we have a concept that will sound familiar to many, since the basic idea that we see reflected in it, has been circulating on the network for a long time.

We speak, of course, of the tactile edges. In this way, the screen of the device would incorporate both sides of it, thus having three sides. This idea, initially crazy for many, is not so far from reality, since information has arrived from a patent of Samsung in which details of a device with these characteristics were specified.

These tactile edges would be intended to facilitate navigation, allowing us to execute tasks Quick from the side without having to access the main screen. As I say, it is quite unlikely that Apple will approach its next device in this way, since it does not seem to be thinking of developing a product of these characteristics.

Right now we are in the first stage before a new iPhone, that of concepts. In the coming months we will begin to see how the leaks of its different elements until its official presentation, in which, if it is like this year, we will see little news that we do not already know.

What do you guys expect for the next iPhone? What innovations would you like to see in it?

what a concept… ..well until you put a cover on it… ..that's where the concept arrived, in short, whatever you have to see

It is clear that the case adapts to the shape of the smartphone, you could not put a normal iPhone on it, it would have to be adapted: it would cover the back and the lower and upper frame.

You will think that the functionality of the case is lost, but if you put a back cover on the iPhone that does not protect the screen, it is the same if it does not protect the sides in this concept, which would be part of the screen as well.

In my opinion Apple I don't think it dares to make the leap yet to this type of technology yet, it is too early. I suppose that if the design changes, it will be the same, with the thinner frames (if they can be reduced with the touch ID) and / or the screen larger.

Do you think this is the future and manufacturers will do this on their smartphones because it is what it plays?
express yourself better man! There are many paths for innovation and for improving devices such as a smartphone, and this path certainly does not fit Apple.

And as the editor says that Samsung is planning to do something similar, Apple will not do the same as Samsung, it will do something better. It will be the same as with watches, Samsung has presented its own and Apple will not present one with the same characteristics but a better one!

        regards

that they do something like that, and that they like it, we need to see that

        2.    new said

Let's see ... what is that to express yourself better? a respect, what aggressiveness for God ...

This technology is patented by Samsung, and it may end up being the future, in fact the future will be the folding clamshell smartphones with a screen folded inside, like Samsung's concepts, you'll see.
I am simply saying that it is too early for this concept to be true, whether for Apple or another company unless Samsung dares to make the leap next year.

In the case of Apple, it is very early because they have a design that works and it would be very risky to make such a drastic change, so I comment that the normal thing is that they will surely reduce the margins / frames and in other generations they will make a more abrupt change of design.

And that Apple will do something better ... fanboy in sight xD I love Apple for its products, because they generally have quality and are beautiful, but we all know that it has not innovated in everything nor is it the best in everything, so do not generalize emphatically of Apple's superiority.

From the iPhone 3GS to the 4 there was a total change, the iPhone 4 was the last great revolution of Apple in the mobile field, I would like to see this same in the jump to the iPhone 6. From the 4S to the 5 the changes in design and functionalities were pathetic. If you repeat that story, Apple is burying itself. And I'm not asking for anything super extravagant but it's about time that the design that they have maintained from the i4 to the i5S has a more drastic change.

    1.    Luis R said

There was a change in the materials, and in the shape, but as a total change because I don't see it that much, although the 4 was beautiful, and the 5 was not so much change, but I say what else can be done? It was curved, it is square, now what can be done? not much there to throw away

I think the next iPhone will be very thin, very similar to the Ipad Air

        1.    new said

The Ipad Air is 7,5mm. thick and if I'm not mistaken the Iphone 7,2 I think ... So it is equal to or thinner than the Ipad Air.

I don't think they will go back to that rounded-back design because they already had it and because precisely what gives the iPhone a feeling of quality are the flat metallic sides with the beveled edges.

In addition, this square design makes better use of internal space since almost all components have straight and square / rectangular lines, such as the battery.

I don't think Cupertino will make this model and even less knowing that they don't want to get a phone with that technology, it's very hard, but I can't really imagine this concept.

I am in that the previous concept, in the line of the ipad Air is the one that has the most points in my opinion of being the most probable final design. Closest screen on the sides reaching 4,5 or 4,7 inches. the hardest glass and the thinnest thickness. What I would most like to see as a scoop is a pico projector as well as a brighter camera and super slow video recording (600fps).
