Apple confirms release of Tom Hanks' new movie Greyhound on July 10

A few weeks ago we told you how Apple managed to get hold of the distribution of 'Greyhound', the new Tom Hanks movie. A fight for exhibition rights that have been forged in the midst of the Coronavirus pandemic. New times, new forms of consumption of 'cinema' films, due to the restrictions that exist in conventional theaters. Apple just confirmed the premiere of 'Greyhound' for next July 10. As you have seen in the previous trailer, we are faced with a wwii movie. A movie that promises a great role of Tom Hanks in which we will see him leading a large fleet of allied ships in charge of supporting the forces that are fighting against the German army.

Inspired by true events, Captain Ernest Krause (Tom Hanks) leads an international fleet of 37 ships on a complicated mission across the Atlantic Ocean to deliver thousands of soldiers and much-needed supplies to the Allied forces. Stephen Graham, Rob Morgan and Elisabeth Shue complete the cast alongside Tom Hanks. An Apple TV + original movie directed by Aaron Schneider and produced by Gary Goetzman.

A film that as we tell you It was intended to be released in movie theaters but due to the Coronavirus pandemic, its premiere was postponed.. Apple won the battle against the other streaming video services to seize the rights to Greyhound and thus take the premiere (July 10) from it to your streaming video platform.     If there are no 3D screens, I go from watching 2D movies, it bothers me enough that only the Chinese see 98% of Hollywood movies in 3D while here almost all of them bring them to us in 2d.
