As the years have passed since Apple launched the first generation Apple Watch in 2015, Apple has expanded the number and models of belts that you put at our disposal and currently we have 4 types: Sport Band (made of fluoroelastometer), Sport Loop Band (nylon), Leather and stainless steel.
Apple Watch straps have become a major source of income for Apple. Throughout the year the Cupertino-based company launches different series with new colors depending on the time of year in which we are. True to its tradition, Apple's website just added new colors for this summer.
The new colors for the summer that Apple makes available to us are:
- Linen blue
- Sea foam
- Vitamin C:
- Cliff gray
All of them are available in a 40 mm version (compatible with 38 mm) and 44 mm (compatible with 42 mm) and they have a price of 49 euros, regardless of the size we choose. Availability is immediate, so if you were waiting for Apple's new designs for this summer, you can buy them today and receive them the next day.
The rest of the colors that Apple presented at the beginning of the year, are still available, although at the moment we do not know how long they will be, so if you were waiting to buy one of those models, you should not think twice, lest when you decide they are no longer available.
Apple usually renew its range of belts under the WWDC. This year, WWDC 2020 will be online, which has forced Apple to reduce to the maximum the extra content that it usually introduces in the keynote to focus only on presenting the news that will come from the hand of iOS 14, macOS 10.16, tvOS 14 and watchOS 7.
