In the middle of the day, while trying to install Remix OS on my little Acer Aspire One D250 (yes, I know it's Android, but I'm a geek hopelessly) was listening in Apple Music a Joe Satriani album on Streaming from my Apple TV, where I have mounted a small amplifier and some old speakers that I had from a mini system that I no longer use. When the record is finished, I have hoped it would keep playing music, which it usually does, and it didn't work. As it was time to eat, I have not given more importance and I have forgotten. Apparently I have not been the only one experience problems.
When the music stopped, I tried to play another disc, it pretended to load the first song and failed, which has made me skip to the second and the rest of the songs on the disc without success until reaching the end and stop without having played any song. In the afternoon I have already found out that the problem has happened to many users and it's even confirmed on Apple's services status support page.
The failure has been occurring from 13:45 p.m. to 15:45 p.m. and at the time of this writing, according to the support page, all Apple services are already working. Have only been two hoursEnough time for enraged users to tweet their anger on the microblogging network. They do not lack reason to complain, since when we pay for a service we expect it to work. And if it doesn't work out at some point, what we'd like is some kind of compensation, something that very few companies do.
Some of these tweets they claimed that «I uninstalled Spotify for you, don't make me regret it«. I think a company like Apple should be much more careful with these types of payment services.
