Apple Releases iOS 15.2 Beta 4 For Developers

Two weeks after the release of the third Beta of iris 15.2 and iPadOS 15.2, Apple has released the fourth Beta, currently only for developers, now available to download via OTA.

Those developers who have the iOS 15.2 Betas installed on their devices can now download via OTA, from the terminal itself, the fourth Beta of this version. This new version includes the privacy reports, as they showed us in the last WWDC 2021, a characteristic with which we can check which applications access private information on our device, and the frequency with which they do so, which includes information about our location, use of the camera, microphone and contacts. We are also given information about where our applications and web pages contact, so that we can learn about everything that apps and webs do "behind the curtains", and where they are sending our information.

In addition to these privacy options, security measures are also included in the messages application for the little ones in the house, and to configure the person who will be able to access our account in the event of our death. Other options included in this release include uA new feature in the "Search" application that allows you to find devices that are tracking you. We can also hide our email within the Mail application, and there are cosmetic changes in the iPad TV application, with a new sidebar that allows more direct navigation.

Other changes include a button to activate or deactivate Macro mode within the Camera application, so that we can manually control the change of lens on our iPhone so that it adequately focuses on objects that are very close. This feature has been highly demanded by users, since the macro mode, which is very useful in some occasions, in others prevents us from getting good pictures if we do not want to use that mode closely.

The final version of this update is expected to arrive soon., predictably before the end of the year. At the moment it is only available for developers, it will soon arrive for users of the Public Beta.
