According to the latest published data, the iPhone 4 corresponded to 16% of all active iPhones on the market a couple of months ago. However, according to Tim Cook its sales have been very low in this last quarter. Cook admitted at the company's latest revenue conference that the iPhone 4 was barely accounting for a single-digit percentage of global sales of all iPhones.
