Former Apple employees bring up the dirty laundry

Sales iPhone Apple Store

As the usual people in the Apple Universe know, the Apple Store are generally a success, it is rare not to see one practically up to the flag. As a first-rate technical service, we can find all kinds of stories and situations. Some ex-Apple Store employees have decided to bring up some dirty laundry from the technical service of the Cupertino company, despite the fact that it violates the confidentiality commitment that bound them to the company. In these leaked stories we can find the most hilarious of situations, of all colors and types. We tell you the most striking of these situations in the Apple Store.

To begin with, we are going to summarize a situation in which a user, possessing an iPhone, suffered a fall in the water, which wet the device and invalidated the warranty. In order to solve it, was kind enough to put it in the microwave, with the expected result:

I catered to the most stupid user I've ever seen. He put a mutated and deformed iPhone in front of me and said, "My iPhone isn't working." Very discreetly, I asked him what had happened. He explained that he was making a call with him and that the device started to burn in his hand. Then he threw it to the ground and began to emit flames. I took the iPhone and started to open it in the Genius Room… indeed, the device had been subjected to some kind of liquid, so I went back to tell the owner (the humidity detectors jumped). He replied "Yes, of course, it was burning, so I ran and threw water on it." However… I was sure he had gotten his iPhone wet and later had the great idea to put it in the microwave to dry it.

But this was not the most unlikely, some even include aliens:

I attended to a guy who tried to convince me that the liquid that had damaged the device was a kind of fluid that an alien emitted, everything happened when it was adduced by aliens. It was difficult to maintain the face.

These are just some of the stories we have found in Thrillist, where ex-Apple Store workers have anonymously opened up.

I love shocking headlines to attract visitors, then have nothing to do with the news. As far as I can tell 2 funny, surreal anecdotes or whatever you want to call them about clients are not dirty laundry.
