In recent years, Apple has presented its new smartphones on Wednesday, except in 2017, which was on Tuesday. It generally does it in the second week of the month, so the most likely dates that were being considered were Tuesday, September 10 or Wednesday, September 11. For obvious reasons, Wednesday, September 11, is not a date that in the United States is considered "suitable" for any event, so Tuesday the 10th was the day the vast majority of bets were placed, and it seems that they have succeeded.
When will the iPhones we see at this September 1 event be released? Apple usually starts the per-bookings on the Friday of the following week after the presentation, that is, this year we could start reserving our iPhone on friday september 20. That day we can probably reserve all three iPhone models, not like last year when the XR took another month to launch. In addition, we may see the new Apple Watch Series 5 at the same event and it will be reserved from the same day 20.
