Haha bno I don't have an iPhone but I did have a 1st Generation iPod Touch ... I had a case that consisted of two parts, the one on the back (which had no support, it was only a flat piece) and the one on the front, which when adding the one on the back was keda «Kieta» ... One day I was removing the case but I only kicked the front part and tilted the iPod then as I had it grabbed from the case on the back the iPod slipped (the back of the case had no support and It was smooth) and the iPod fell from about 1 meter and fell on my foot and it hurt: P ... Jeejej good post, well I'm going to tell my little anecdote with my girlfriend's iPhone a little short but an unforgettable scare, mine has fallen a few times but thank goodness that it had a cover and I stood with my foot or been small but my girlfriend's ... diooos! Well, my iPhone 4 fell off some stairs. More or less than 2 meters high. But thanks to a cover made of "Angry Birds" it survived miraculously. Nothing happened to it, it just rebooted. I bought the cover in San Francisco at ChinaTown. It cost me $ 10. Luckily it fell with the screen up and the protection down. This was recent, like a week ago.
Now I love my Chinese version Angry Birds case funda and my iPhone 4. Will the iPhone 5 be just as strong? Well, I don't want to know, but I'll be more careful not to drop it again.

I came one night with a lot of desire to piss and as I did not arrive I went to pee in the bathroom of the car garage I had my 3g in the diver and when I went to flush the chain I fell in ... I tell you my story.
I was lying quietly on my bed resting from a long summer day doing nothing, when my father started to turn on the air conditioning. Next to my bed is a column attached to the wall and just below my bedside table, on which was my ipod touch.

Total, it gives the air to come out stronger through the ducts and make the blunderbuss slide and fall just above the screen of my ipod, from 1 meter and something high. A blunderbuss for those who do not know what it is, is an old wooden pistol that weighs 2 kilos at least.
Result: broken glass with a blow on the screen and scratches all over it. But it still worked the same and it continues xD
Good, well, I was entering the yard from work when I take the mobile out of the case, I start to touch it and since I was carrying it with only one hand, it falls, I try to stop it with my foot so that the blow is less strong, when I kick, throwing it on the floor with the screen upside down with such bad luck that it ends up in the corner of the skirting board of two walls, it did not break but it did mark me a bit next to the on / off button.

My poor 3GS EPD had several crashes with their respective changes and repairs until he said I can't take it anymore! and died. The first was when I carried the cell phone in my shirt pocket and when I approached a river to touch the water, when I bent down, it came out of the pocket and inside! After a bath of clean contacts and heat, he was able to resuscitate. The second was taking the motorcycle, I stopped to read a text message, I put it in my pocket (or so I thought ...) and when I started, it fell from my pocket while moving (about 60km / h approx ...) colpeado on the side of the screen, I looked in the rearview mirror and I saw it skid under the cars without being stepped on by any, I was able to stop the motorcycle and when I reached it I saw a truck approaching until I stepped on it.
When I picked it up from the ground, the glass was totally shattered but miraculously the cell phone worked! even the touch went! After a glass change, one day I take it out of my pocket to check the time and in the most silly way it gets caught with a thread from my pants, the screen breaks and the mobile dies ...
I still mourn his death! : '(
