Tronsmart joins Qualcomm to develop their new «True Wireless» headphones with active noise cancellation (ANC), Graphene driver and an autonomy of up to 10 hours with a single charge and 30 hours in total. The new Apollo Bold from Tronsmart want to compete directly with the AirPods at a much lower price.
First there were the «True Wireless» (TWS) headphones with the AirPods as the market reference, but now users are beginning to also ask for Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), the main novelty that the new Apple AirPods Pro brought. This feature, reserved until recently for large and heavy over-ear headphones at prohibitive prices, is gradually making its way among TWS headphones. Tronsmart has teamed up with Qualcomm, one of the world's leading microchip manufacturers, to develop the necessary technology for its new Apollo Bold headphones and the result has been the chip QCC5124 that will be used for the first time in this new headphone model.
Unlike other headphone models that need a chip for noise cancellation and another for Bluetooth transmission, these Apollo Bold only need the chip QCC5124 for these tasks, plus it achieves even better noise cancellation. Unlike common models that can only cancel noise up to 25-28dB, Tronsmart Apollo Bold can achieve noise cancellation of up to 35dB. Other features of this product are:
