Apple launched a specific support application in the Netherlands yesterday, Wednesday the 8th. It has been designed to give iOS users another way to get help for their apple devices.
The application in question follow the same style as Apple's help web page, with the same design and the same line. By accessing, it offers the user a list of products it owns, linked to their Apple ID. In addition, it also offers a number of options for schedule repairs at the Apple Store or open conversations with agents of the official Apple support service. Finally, this helper app launched in the land of tulips also has a section for repairs carried out recently and other information related to the maintenance of Apple products.

It seems that this application is limited to the Dutch territory for now, but possibly this is just a test on the service for its future expansion to other territories.
